Sources and verification
An official release is treated as a primary source. Other sensitive claims require confirmation from multiple independent credible sources. Material without adequate verification is not published.
Language and context
Headlines and articles must be factual, non-misleading and free of unnecessary sensationalism. Information is presented with a fresh structure, clear context and reader-focused language rather than copying an original report.
Conflicts and attribution
Editorial decisions are kept independent of advertising or political pressure. Original sources, images and applicable licences receive clear attribution.
After publication
A report may be updated as new information arrives. Confirmed material factual errors are addressed under our corrections policy.
