Fraud of over 18 lakh in textile business in Kanpur, case registered against three

A case of commercial fraud has emerged in Kanpur, involving allegations of cheating a female entrepreneur of lakhs of rupees. According to the first information report filed at Raipurwa police station, Anamika Mishra has alleged that she was defrauded in a textile transaction worth 18.12 lakh rupees.

The victim, Anamika Mishra, is a resident of Karwalo Nagar. In her complaint, she has leveled serious allegations against the management of a private limited company based in Panki Site-5. The businesswoman claims that she was betrayed during the course of a professional business deal.

Three individuals have been named in the police complaint. The FIR includes the names of company director Gajendra Singh Chauhan and director Lakshmi Singh. Additionally, the company's sales manager, Somveer Singh, has also been named as an accused in the case.

In her statement to the police, Anamika Mishra explained that the fraud is related to the buying and selling of textiles. She asserted that a total sum of 18.12 lakh rupees was misappropriated or manipulated, resulting in significant financial loss for her business.

Raipurwa police have registered a case under the relevant sections of the law based on the complaint. Police officials stated that an investigation has been initiated given the seriousness of the allegations. The roles of all named individuals will be thoroughly examined during the probe.
