Changes in UP Constable recruitment exam: Exams at nine centers rescheduled to October 8 due to rain

The schedule for the physical efficiency test for the Uttar Pradesh Police constable recruitment has been revised. According to an Amar Ujala report, the exams at nine centers have been postponed due to heavy rain and will now be held on October 8. This recruitment drive is being conducted for a total of 32,679 vacancies.

The recruitment process for constable positions in the Uttar Pradesh Police and equivalent roles has undergone changes. A revision has been announced for the physical efficiency test schedule, which is being conducted to fill 32,679 vacancies in the state. This decision was necessitated by the recent heavy rainfall.

According to the Amar Ujala bureau report, the physical efficiency test at the nine examination centers affected by the rain will now be conducted on October 8. The administration has advised students to carefully review the new schedule for their respective examination centers.

This recruitment process was originally scheduled to begin on October 1, but adverse weather conditions compelled the exam management to alter the program. A separate schedule has also been released for six other centers to ensure that candidates do not face any inconvenience.

The recruitment board has clarified that this change applies only to the centers impacted by the rain. Examinations at all other centers will proceed according to the previously determined schedule. Candidates are advised to visit the official website to obtain the latest information regarding their specific centers.

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Board has issued detailed guidelines in this regard. All candidates appearing for the examination are advised to check official notifications periodically to avoid any confusion.

This recruitment process is a significant opportunity for the youth of the state, and the administration is striving to ensure that the examination is conducted fairly and smoothly. With the improvement in weather conditions, preparations are now complete to hold the exams on the new dates.
