Akhilesh Yadav accuses CM Yogi of violating Model Code of Conduct, complaint reaches Election Commission

Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav has leveled serious allegations against Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi आदित्यनाथ, accusing him of violating the Model Code of Conduct. The Samajwadi Party has approached the Election Commission regarding this matter. Akhilesh Yadav claims that CM Yogi has disregarded election rules, and the party has formally requested the commission to intervene.

The issue of the Model Code of Conduct has once again heated up in Uttar Pradesh politics. Samajwadi Party national president and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has accused Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of violating the Model Code of Conduct. Following this dispute, the matter has now reached the Election Commission.

According to a report by Amar Ujala, Akhilesh Yadav has alleged that the Chief Minister has ignored election rules while utilizing his official position and powers. The SP states that such behavior during the election period is against democratic values.

In the complaint submitted to the Election Commission by the SP, the party has highlighted specific incidents that it considers to be violations of the code. Akhilesh Yadav has demanded that the commission take cognizance of the matter and ensure an impartial investigation.

The Election Commission will now review this complaint. According to the commission's rules, if any person or official is found to have violated the code of conduct, there is a provision for action against them.

Political analysts believe that such allegations and counter-allegations are common during election times, but the seriousness increases when the matter is taken directly to the Election Commission. This growing friction between the SP and the BJP could influence the atmosphere of the upcoming elections.

There has been no detailed response from the BJP on this matter yet. However, party leaders have frequently dismissed such allegations as baseless.

All eyes are now on what steps the commission will take. Ensuring fair elections is the commission's priority, and the action taken on this complaint will be significant.
