The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust in Ayodhya is taking steps to make the temple's administrative operations more effective. Given the increasing responsibilities and the large number of devotees, the Trust has decided to expand its administrative structure.

According to sources, the Trust had initiated a search for qualified candidates for the positions of Joint CEO and Deputy CEO. As part of this process, a panel of three names for each of these two posts has now been prepared.

This panel has been formed with the objective of strengthening the temple's administrative system. Appointments to these positions are expected to bring greater transparency and efficiency to the management of daily operations, security, and the darshan process.

Currently, the panel has been submitted to the senior officials of the Trust for consideration. All eyes are now on the final approval from the Trust. The official announcement regarding these appointments will be made only after the Trust grants its consent.

Since the grand construction of the Ram Mandir, there has been a continuous increase in the number of devotees visiting the site. Considering the growing crowds and the scale of the temple, the need for skilled administrative officers was being felt.

The Trust believes that the appointment of new officers will improve the management of the temple premises and ensure better facilities for the devotees. This step has been taken to provide a new direction to the administrative efficiency of the temple.

It is expected that a final decision on these names will be taken during the upcoming meeting of the Trust. Only then will the new structure of the administrative team become clear.
