Upon reaching the top of the tower, Saini leveled serious allegations of harassment against senior roadways officials. He claimed that he had been subjected to mistreatment within the department, which led him to take this drastic step in protest.

During the incident, the driver also mentioned creating a 'DJP' modeled after the CJP. While the exact meaning behind this statement remains unclear, it left both the onlookers and the police present at the scene in a state of confusion.
