State-level chess competition concludes in Aligarh, Bareilly division emerges as overall champion

The state-level secondary school chess competition held at DS Inter College, Aligarh, concluded on Friday. The Bareilly division team secured the overall championship title through their impressive performance. Following the tournament, outstanding players were selected to represent the state in upcoming national-level competitions.

The state-level secondary school chess competition hosted at DS Inter College in Aligarh concluded this Friday. The event brought together talented school students from various divisions across the state to showcase their intellectual prowess and strategic skills on the chessboard.

According to reports from Amar Ujala, the Bareilly division team emerged as the standout performers of the tournament. By maintaining consistency throughout the matches, the Bareilly squad successfully clinched the overall championship title.
