Agra University Negligence: Results of 10,000 Students Stalled Due to Missing Internal Marks

The examination results of approximately 10,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students at Agra University are stalled due to the negligence of college administrations. Despite repeated instructions from the university, the concerned colleges have failed to submit internal marks, leaving students distressed and forced to make rounds of university offices.

Thousands of students at Agra University are currently facing a serious crisis. According to information provided by the university administration, the examination results of approximately 10,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students have not yet been declared.

The primary reason for this delay is the failure of colleges to submit internal marks to the university. Despite the university issuing multiple instructions regarding this matter, the colleges have not complied.

A total of 1.24 lakh students appeared for the examinations. While the results for most have been declared, the future of these 10,000 students remains in limbo.

Students are deeply distressed due to the non-declaration of results. They are unable to apply for further studies or jobs. Students are frequently visiting the university in hopes of finding a solution to their problem.

According to the report by Amar Ujala Network, this negligence by the colleges has impacted the academic session of the students. The delay in receiving results is also causing difficulties in securing admissions to higher classes.

The university administration states that it is technically impossible to declare results until the internal marks are received. They have once again directed the concerned colleges to submit the marks as soon as possible.

Students argue that they are not at fault, yet they are the ones suffering the consequences. They are demanding that the university take strict action against the colleges so that their results can be declared promptly.

This situation also highlights a lack of coordination between the university and its affiliated colleges. Students hope that concrete steps will be taken soon so that their academic year is not wasted.
