Preparations for upcoming assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, workshops to be held for monitoring EVMs and VVPATs

The election department has increased its activity regarding preparations for the upcoming assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. The state's Chief Electoral Officer has clarified that strict monitoring of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trails (VVPATs) will be conducted to ensure the election process is completely transparent.
