A tragic incident occurred late Friday night in the Gunjan Vihar area of Barra, Kanpur. 28-year-old Ayushi Mishra, the sister of a local female lawyer, passed away under mysterious circumstances, causing significant distress in the neighborhood.

The incident came to light when the victim's husband contacted her maternal family in Etawah. He informed them that Ayushi had taken her own life by hanging. Upon receiving this news, the family was devastated.

Relatives from her maternal side arrived in Kanpur shortly after. Upon learning of her death, they expressed deep anger and refused to accept the suicide claim, instead accusing the husband of murdering her.

The family staged a protest at the scene, alleging that Ayushi had been subjected to foul play and that the incident was being staged as a suicide. The situation became tense due to the commotion.

Local police were notified and arrived at the scene to manage the situation. The body has been sent for a post-mortem examination. Officials stated that the exact cause of death will only be confirmed once the autopsy report is available.

Police officers attempted to calm the grieving family and assured them of a fair investigation. Currently, authorities are examining all aspects of the case and are questioning the husband.
