SpiceJet Passengers Protest at Delhi Airport Over Flight Delays Exceeding 24 Hours

A chaotic situation unfolded at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport as passengers booked on two SpiceJet flights to Dubai launched a protest. The travelers claimed that their flights had been delayed for more than 24 hours, forcing them to spend an extended period waiting at the airport.

According to reports from NDTV India, one of the affected flights was scheduled to depart on Monday morning, while the second was slated for Monday night. However, the failure of the aircraft to take off after a significant lapse of time exhausted the patience of the passengers.

Frustrated by the prolonged wait, the passengers began a sit-in protest inside the airport terminal. They expressed their grievances, stating that they were not provided with clear information regarding the cause of the delay, which resulted in substantial inconvenience.
