According to a report by Amar Ujala, Mumbai Police took action after receiving information about this illegal activity. The police seized 52.932 kilograms of MD drugs and a significant quantity of chemicals from the site. This seizure is considered a major operation against narcotics.
By putting up a nursery board at the local level, the accused attempted to mislead the administration and nearby residents. The landowner was likely unaware that their property was being utilized for such unlawful activities.
Police investigations revealed that the accused had established this factory in a well-planned manner. Choosing a quiet area like Manda to avoid suspicion was part of their calculated strategy.
The Mumbai Police team identified the location based on intelligence inputs and conducted the raid. During the operation, a large quantity of drug-making equipment and raw materials were also discovered. The police are now investigating who else is involved in this network.
