In Moradabad, a case has been registered under the Gangster Act against a father, Baburam Sharma, and his four accomplices for the murder of his son, Aniket. The accused had conspired to commit the crime to fraudulently claim an insurance amount of 2.10 crore rupees. Police have named all five individuals involved in the incident.

A sensational case of a father murdering his own son has emerged in Moradabad. According to a report by Amar Ujala, the accused father, Baburam Sharma, plotted the murder of his son, Aniket, to secure an insurance claim of 2.10 crore rupees. Taking a firm stance, the police have now invoked the Gangster Act against all the accused involved in the case.

Police investigation revealed that four other individuals were involved in this conspiracy alongside Baburam Sharma. These include Aadesh Kumar, Sajid Mewati, Aslam alias Sultan, and Tahabbur Mewati. They are accused of colluding to murder Aniket to benefit from the large insurance payout.

Police stated that the accused had devised a well-planned scheme to misappropriate the insurance claim. The revelation of this heinous crime has caused a stir in the area. The police have registered an FIR under the Gangster Act against all five accused and have accelerated the legal process.

Officials stated that evidence has been collected in this case, and they will ensure the strictest possible punishment for the accused. The invocation of the Gangster Act has further increased the legal difficulties for the accused.

This case reflects the depths of greed, where a father ended his own blood relation for money. The police have also investigated the roles of all the accomplices involved in this matter.
