7600 new Home Guards to be recruited in UP, process for 41424 posts already underway

The Home Guard department in Uttar Pradesh will soon recruit 7600 new volunteers. Currently, there are a total of 1,18,348 sanctioned posts for Home Guards in the state, out of which 69,324 are currently filled. Additionally, the enrollment process for 41,424 posts is already being conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board.

The government has taken steps to fill vacant positions in the Home Guard department in Uttar Pradesh. According to an Amar Ujala report, 7600 new Home Guard volunteers will soon be recruited in the state.
