Life has been disrupted in several areas of Lucknow, including Faizullaganj, due to floodwaters entering homes. Families have been trapped inside their houses for the past five days, facing a severe shortage of rations and drinking water. The water is continuously spreading to new areas, increasing the difficulties for local residents.

The situation in Lucknow remains critical due to heavy rains and waterlogging. According to an Amar Ujala report, floodwater has reached the doorsteps of houses in the Faizullaganj area. Many families have been forced to remain trapped inside their homes for the past five days.

Food rations have run out in the houses, and there is a severe shortage of drinking water. Affected families say that they have not received any concrete help so far. People are struggling to save their lives and meet their basic needs.

The floodwater is continuously spreading to new areas, increasing the number of those affected. Local residents stated that the water level shows no signs of receding, which has further increased their worries.

Demands for relief work are being made from the administration. People are hoping that they will soon be moved to safer places or provided with essential supplies. Currently, the situation seems to be getting out of control.

Apart from Faizullaganj, the problem of waterlogging persists in other low-lying areas of the city. Traffic has come to a complete standstill due to water on the roads. People are unable to even step out of their homes.

The local administration is monitoring the situation, but the affected families say that the pace of help is very slow. They need immediate assistance to overcome this crisis.

This flood is not only damaging people's homes but is also completely affecting their daily lives. People are now waiting for relief and rescue operations to be accelerated.
