The selection process for the first full-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust in Ayodhya has reached a decisive phase. The three-member search committee formed for this post submitted its detailed report to the trust on Tuesday. Trust officials are now reviewing the report and will soon make a final decision.

According to sources, Rajesh Pandey is currently leading the race for the position. Given his experience and work style, he is considered a primary candidate for the responsibility. However, other names are also being discussed as strong contenders for the role.

Names like Paresh Saxena and Dinesh Chandra are also being mentioned as having strong claims. The trust is seriously considering both individuals based on their backgrounds and administrative capabilities. The search committee has submitted its recommendations after assessing all relevant aspects.

Appointing a full-time CEO is considered essential to streamline the management and operations of the Ram Mandir. There is a need for a structured framework to handle the trust's activities, which is expected to be strengthened following this appointment.

As reported by Amar Ujala, the search committee has fulfilled its responsibility, and the decision now rests with the trust. Members of the trust will now evaluate the profiles of all candidates alongside the committee's recommendations.

This appointment is expected to introduce a new operational system for managing temple security, visitor arrangements, and devotee facilities. The trust aims to entrust this responsibility to someone who can balance the dignity of the temple with administrative requirements.

A discussion on this matter is likely to take place during a trust meeting in the coming days. The official announcement regarding the first full-time CEO will be made thereafter.
