Swine flu outbreak continues in Aligarh, total cases reach 46 with six new infections

Information provided by the health department indicates that a total of 197 RT-PCR tests have been conducted in the district so far. Out of these, 46 reports have returned positive. The administration is closely monitoring the situation and efforts are underway to curb the spread of the infection.
In view of the rising cases, the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) has taken proactive steps. He visited the health center to inspect the RT-PCR machine to ensure there are no obstacles in the testing process. The CMO assessed the operational efficiency of the equipment and the pace of testing.
Health department officials state that they are fully committed to controlling the situation. Citizens are being advised not to ignore any health-related symptoms and to seek immediate medical consultation if necessary.
It is evident from the number of tests conducted and the count of positive patients that the threat of swine flu has not yet subsided. Health department teams are continuously working to identify suspected patients and collect their samples.
