The Uttar Pradesh government has decided to streamline the operations of outsourced employees working across various state departments. A unique code system will now be implemented to identify these workers, aiming to strengthen oversight from recruitment to deployment.

According to a report by Amar Ujala, the primary objective of this initiative is to create an accurate database of all outsourced personnel. Through the unique code, details of each employee will be available in a digital format, making it easier to monitor their attendance and presence at their respective workplaces.

This system will be implemented in three administrative stages. Monitoring will occur from the grassroots level up to senior officials. The report specifies that District Magistrates and Divisional Commissioners have been entrusted with the responsibility of verifying the entire process to ensure compliance with recruitment regulations.

This new monitoring system is expected to bring transparency to the management of outsourced staff. The government believes this will not only secure employee records but also help prevent any irregularities in the hiring process.

Officials have been instructed to implement this system effectively within their respective jurisdictions. An employee will be considered officially registered only after the verification process is completed and the unique code is assigned.

This move is part of the state government's policy to make appointments made through outsourcing more accountable. In the future, this database may also be utilized for other administrative tasks.

Currently, the relevant departments have been directed to complete the necessary technical preparations for this new system. The administration is emphasizing the accurate compilation of data to avoid any discrepancies in the future.
