The Indian men's cricket team has delivered a dominant performance at the Asian Games 2026, successfully advancing to the final match. According to reports from Amar Ujala, India secured a massive 124-run victory over Sri Lanka in the semi-final. This win sets the stage for a highly anticipated gold medal clash against Pakistan.

During the first innings, the Indian side batted with composure to set a target of 170 runs for their opponents. The batting lineup managed to build a competitive total, putting significant pressure on the Sri Lankan team right from the start of the second innings.
