Pakistan coach Mike Hesson praises Indian team, calls them the benchmark for white-ball cricket

Mike Hesson, the head coach of the Pakistan men's cricket team, has openly praised the sporting prowess of their arch-rivals, India. According to a report by Dainik Jagran, Hesson has recognized the Indian team as a global benchmark in white-ball cricket. He stated that the level of play exhibited by the Indian team is so high that it has become a standard for other teams to emulate.

Hesson's statement has become a significant topic of discussion within the cricketing world. Such high praise from the coach of a rival team highlights the growing strength and consistency of Indian cricket. He clarified that the way the Indian team manages various aspects of the game is worth learning from for other nations.

Experts believe that Hesson's assessment is based on the recent performances of the Indian team. Over the past few years, India has carved out a distinct identity in white-ball cricket. Whether it is batting, bowling, or fielding, Indian players have proven their mettle in every department.

Hesson emphasized that the Indian team's approach to the game and their strategic understanding set them apart from others. He suggested that if any team aspires to achieve success in white-ball cricket, they should look at the Indian team's performance as a benchmark.

This is not the first time a foreign coach has lauded the Indian team. Previously, many legendary players and coaches have praised the depth and talent within the Indian squad. Hesson's remarks are also being viewed positively in the context of cricketing relations between Pakistan and India.

It is a major achievement for the Indian team that the coach of their arch-rivals acknowledges their efficiency. This is a result of the hard work put in by the Board of Control for Cricket in India and the players, which has brought the team to this level.

For the Indian team, this praise could serve as motivation to perform even better in the future. Hesson's statement not only reflects the capability of the Indian team but also indicates how high the stature of Indian cricket is on the international stage.
