Questions raised over keeping captain Babar Azam away from major decisions of Pakistan cricket team

The Pakistan cricket team is currently going through a difficult phase. The team's performance in the recent three-match Test series against England was quite disappointing. Following this poor showing, several major decisions taken by the team management have caused a stir in the cricketing world.

According to a BBC Hindi report, the head coach was dismissed in the middle of the series. Furthermore, seven significant changes were made to the team, with players being replaced. These decisions have not only surprised fans but have also raised several questions.

The biggest question being asked is why team captain Babar Azam was kept away from these important decisions. According to the report, ignoring the captain's opinion or not involving him in key team decisions has become the main cause of the controversy.

Cricket experts believe that the exclusion of the team captain from these decisions could impact the team's morale. As a captain, Babar Azam's responsibility is to keep the team united, but such decisions appear to weaken his position.

Questions are also being raised about the functioning of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). Removing a coach in the middle of a series and changing players on such a large scale is challenging for any team. This also affects the stability of the squad.

Fans and former players are also concerned about this situation. They argue that the team needs clear leadership and better coordination to perform well. The board may have to provide clarification on the strategy of keeping Babar Azam away from these decisions.

It will be important to see in the coming time whether the Pakistan cricket team can overcome these controversies. The impact of these decisions on the team's future and Babar Azam's captaincy will only become clear in upcoming matches. For now, an atmosphere of uncertainty prevails in Pakistan cricket.
