Former captain Mohammad Yousuf blames coaches for decline in Pakistan cricket team performance

Former Pakistan Test captain Mohammad Yousuf has launched a sharp attack on the national team's coaching staff. He alleged that the coaches associated with the team have failed to improve the players' performance. According to Yousuf, these coaches have been unable to rectify the technical shortcomings present in the team's batting.

Yousuf described these coaches as poison for the game. He believes that the incompetence of the coaching staff is directly impacting the players' performance. The former captain stated that unless fundamental technical issues are resolved, it will be difficult for the team's performance to improve.

Discussing Babar Azam's captaincy and the current phase of the team, Yousuf revealed several internal secrets. He indicated that there is a dire need for improvement in the system operating within the team. This statement by Yousuf has sparked a new debate in the Pakistan cricket fraternity.

Experts believe that this comment from Yousuf comes after the team's poor performance. The lack of consistency in Pakistan's batting order has been a subject of discussion for a long time. Yousuf clarified that the responsibility of the coaches is not just to be with the team, but also to refine the players.

According to an NDTV India report, Yousuf also mentioned that the players are lacking proper guidance. Questioning the working style of the coaches, he said they have failed to fulfill their roles.

There has been no official response from the Pakistan Cricket Board or the team management on this matter yet. However, this firm stance by the former captain has increased concern among fans and cricket enthusiasts.

It will be interesting to see in the coming time whether the board takes any action on these allegations. For now, this statement by Yousuf is considered quite significant amidst the questions being raised about the team's performance.
