The Ministry of Civil Aviation has achieved a major milestone in cleanliness and administrative reforms under Special Campaign 5.0. Guided by Minister Ram Mohan Naidu, the ministry has focused on creating a clutter-free workplace and ensuring the swift resolution of public grievances.

Between November 1, 2025, and August 31, 2026, the ministry actively worked to clear pending matters. During this period, 6,803 physical files and 1,316 e-files were reviewed, with 570 e-files successfully closed.

As part of the cleanliness drive, the ministry conducted 1,166 campaigns. Removing scrap and redundant files freed up 18,308 square feet of office space. The disposal of this scrap generated a revenue of Rs 4,120,582 for the government.

The ministry demonstrated excellent performance in grievance redressal. Over 7,250 public complaints and 2,100 appeals were resolved during this period, achieving a resolution rate of approximately 99%.

Inter-ministerial communication was also prioritized, with the successful disposal of 41 references from Members of Parliament, 20 from the PMO, 3 IMC references, and 14 references from state governments.

In December 2025, Minister Ram Mohan Naidu launched a Passenger Assistance Control Room to enhance traveler convenience. This center monitors grievances in real-time through the AirSewa and CPGRAMS portals.

The ministry remains committed to fostering a positive and responsive work environment. By adopting a 'citizen-first' approach, the ministry continues to prioritize passenger concerns and integrate cleanliness as a core lifestyle practice.
