Husband beats wife to death with a stick in Vaishali, minor daughter recounts the horrific scene

A deeply distressing incident has emerged from the Vaishali district of Bihar, where a husband took the life of his wife. In Mathurapur village, located within the jurisdiction of the Bidupur police station, Sujit Paswan assaulted his 22-year-old wife, Asha Devi, resulting in her untimely death. According to reports from NDTV India, the accused, Sujit Paswan, attacked his wife using a wooden stick. The severity of the assault led to Asha Devi succumbing to her injuries at the scene. Sitting beside her mother's lifeless body, the young girl innocently explained that her father had struck her mother with a stick. She further added that her mother was merely sleeping. The sight of the child near her deceased mother has deeply affected everyone who arrived at the location.
