Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has recently highlighted the significant changes brought into the state's administrative framework. During an event in Lucknow, he remarked that in the past, the state had to pay a heavy price for the mistakes made by one person or a specific family. According to him, this situation was detrimental to the entire institution.

Adityanath clarified that previously, nepotism and recommendations dominated the government recruitment process. He claimed that the situation has now completely transformed. Currently, no candidate receives a government position solely based on recommendations.

The Chief Minister stated that transparent recruitment processes have increased the confidence of the youth. He emphasized that merit is now the only criterion for success. The government aims to ensure that every eligible person receives opportunities without any discrimination.

Criticizing the old system, he noted that the impact of wrong decisions was not limited to a single department but negatively affected the entire population of Uttar Pradesh. Such arbitrary practices have now been curbed.

According to the Amar Ujala network report, the Chief Minister also mentioned that the state is now on a new path of development. He reiterated the commitment to prioritizing integrity and honesty in government operations.

Yogi stated that his government's goal is to create a system where no one needs recommendations to claim their rights. He added that this change was essential for the state's development.

Finally, the Chief Minister expressed confidence that Uttar Pradesh would make further progress in the coming times. He stated that good governance is the identity of the state and it will be maintained at all costs.
