CM Yogi states invaders can break idols but cannot destroy values; those attacking faith have vanished

During the Krishna Janmashtami celebrations in Lucknow, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath remarked that while invaders may destroy idols, they cannot erase India's core values. He emphasized that those who have attacked the nation's faith have themselves been erased from history. The festival was celebrated with great fervor across the capital, with the Chief Minister attending a special event held at the Police Lines.

The birth anniversary of Lord Krishna was celebrated with immense joy and enthusiasm in Lucknow on Friday. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath attended a program organized at the Police Lines to mark the occasion and extended his greetings to the people of the state.

During his address, the Chief Minister shared significant thoughts regarding history and faith. He stated that while invaders might break idols, they can never destroy the eternal values of the nation.

The Chief Minister further noted that many who attempted to attack India's culture and faith have come and gone, eventually disappearing into the pages of history. He emphasized that the roots of the nation's faith are deeply embedded.

Yogi Adityanath remarked that the life of Lord Krishna inspires people to fight against injustice and follow the path of righteousness. He also stressed the importance of maintaining peace and harmony within society.

A large number of police officials and citizens attended the grand event held at the Police Lines. The Chief Minister offered prayers to Lord Krishna and sought blessings for the prosperity of the state.

Strict security arrangements were in place across Lucknow for the festival. Special decorations were seen at various temples and public spaces, where crowds gathered for darshan.

The Chief Minister's statement came at a time when Janmashtami celebrations were in full swing across the state. He urged people to incorporate the ideals of Lord Krishna into their daily lives.

Concluding the program, the Chief Minister congratulated everyone on the festival, stating that the day provides an opportunity to take pride in the nation's cultural heritage.
